Please note that online orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays. Our delivery estimates are specified in business days, and typically, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

It is important to note that Morange is not accountable for any delivery delays caused by courier services. While occasional delays may occur, especially during periods of high shipping volumes, our delivery estimates are generally reliable and swift. Additionally, items purchased on pre-order may have varying shipping times.

For multiple countries, the product price includes taxes, and there are no additional taxes due or calculated during checkout. However, certain orders may incur additional duty fees, which vary by country, when the total order value exceeds a specific threshold. These fees are government-mandated and beyond Morange's control. Morange bears no responsibility for these fees. If you do not see any taxes during checkout, please contact our team before making your purchase if you believe taxes are applicable.

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged by the courier or our team, the parcel will be forfeited and abandoned in the recipient's country by authorities. Consequently, no refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels. Alternatively, if our team successfully returns your parcel, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund total.

All standard parcels are shipped using an authority to leave (ATL) service. If the recipient grants the courier authority to deliver without a signature or to leave the parcel, Morange cannot be held liable if the parcel goes missing. Furthermore, Morange will be unable to provide a refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
