• Returns are subject to a flat $10 restocking fee per order. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Exchanges are free of charge.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to our Returns Portal and complete the return process.

• Only items processed through our Returns Portal will be accepted. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

Returned items may be subject to rejection if they do not meet the following criteria: 

• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
• The items purchased during sales or promotional events or with gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
• The item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
• The item must be free of any marks or stains, including makeup and spray tan.
• The item must be odor-free, including free from deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder scents.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• A valid receipt and proof of purchase must be provided.

Morange retains the right to decline returns beyond the specified return period or items that do not meet the original condition criteria. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Morange.
